VIN # and fitment review
A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is required for SC-sourced catalog orders and Cadillac orders. Mazda VIN entry is optional unless the full order value exceeds $1,000. Orders over $1,000 require a VIN across all brands, including the full balance of special-order items.
If checkout is blocked, use Enter VIN # to return to the highlighted field, enter the 17-character VIN and save it. VIN format acceptance does not confirm fitment; we review the vehicle specification before fulfillment. For parts covering different vehicles, place a separate order for each vehicle.
How to read this workspace

Diagram controls
- Pause over a marker for its preview; select it to filter the parts tray.
- Use Show all to clear a callout filter.
- Use Center, −, 100% and + to reset or resize the drawing.
- Hide preview, parts, index or table when they are not needed.
- The thumbnail rail is paged for fast loading; every indexed diagram remains available.
Parts and table fields
- Image: approved product photo when available; otherwise the complete schematic.
- Ref #: drawing callout. Part #: exact Mazda reference.
- Part type: OEM, AM or LKQ only when the source explicitly identifies it.
- Supplier stock: quantity recorded at the latest source check.
- Availability and price: the approved state and current Iron Vault price for the selected handling choice.
- Shipping: source weight when supplied; otherwise an explicit estimate, plus saved P1–P25 package code and dimensions.
- Core, QTY and Actions: applicable core charge, requested whole-number quantity and the action allowed for that record.
Part type key
- OEM
- Original Equipment Manufacturer. The vehicle maker's original-equipment part.
- AM
- Aftermarket. An alternative-brand part requiring exact reference and fitment checks.
- LKQ
- Like Kind and Quality. An explicitly identified alternative; it does not itself mean new or genuine OEM.
Hazmat and freight
Hazardous, oversize, heavy or fragile items keep their approved shipping route, fee and review state. Rush preparation never removes hazmat or freight restrictions.
One global handling policy
A supplier may provide Standard and Rush as separate offers or as a selector on one stocked item. The customer-facing names, colours, timing and cart meaning stay the same: blue STANDARD, solid purple ✈ RUSH PICK, and orange SPECIAL ORDER.
The airplane means priority warehouse preparation, not guaranteed air freight or a promised delivery date.

Buying Mazda parts from Iron Vault

The blue Standard state is regular picking, packing, required customs preparation and dispatch preparation. Carrier transit and delivery time follow dispatch.
✈ Rush Pick · 1–3 business days
The solid purple airplane is available only for eligible stocked items. It requests priority preparation before shipping. Any Rush premium is displayed and included in the selected Rush price. It is not guaranteed air service or a delivery-date promise.
Special Order / NIS
A validated NIS item uses the orange Special Order action. A 10% deposit is charged today and the remaining balance is collected when fulfillment begins. Supplier lead time must be confirmed; Rush does not apply.
Availability and checkout
Green Add to cart requires verified positive supplier stock and approved checkout data. Review-required and unavailable records stay disabled. Availability is rechecked during cart review and can change.
Weight, packages and shipping
Use supplier weight when recorded. Otherwise the row must say that weight is estimated. Saved packaging uses the approved P1–P25 package code and dimensions; freight, fragile, hazmat and international exceptions remain subject to review. Carrier shipping is additional to handling.
Fitment, returns and order changes
Confirm model year, engine, build, country/market, variant and VIN before checkout. Special orders may become non-cancellable after processing starts.
